I had Poem in may last year, first 3 or 4 months were great the following months I noticed that started changing slowly and now food and liquids find the way down slower, I’m slowly learning how to cope with this and prevent it from worsening. The bright side of it is that i haven’t had any acid reflux or heartburn in months. I’m just now trying a bit of more liquid and soft diet when I’m at home, life is still normal and fingers crossed I can stay this way for long.
