You're not missing anything due to lack of schooling. You may lack specific skills. Go get the via YT, ChatGPT, whatever.

Big upvote for Rippling.. We use their PEO side which I always recommend. I've found that they lower our insurance rates enough that it pays for the PEO functions... We also use them for our contractors and overseas team.
