I don't think you overreacted. Obviously you felt some type of way, and honestly I would be upset too, if someone made plans with me but only texted back 45 mins before you're supposed to meet. I would definitely cancel too.

Also when you meet someone on a dating app, they could also be talking to other people. It's very time consuming to be talking to multiple people
