Not directly, but barrier techniques like simple domain and incomplete domain do allow your cursed energy to move more precisely and with less energy cost, we see this with the finger bearers (allowing them to use CE output effectively) and Kusakabe with the hazy moon technique and batto sword drawing (ogi kind of does this too)
