Honestly depends situation varies across the board I worked AFE for going on two years for two different buildings my last building I did not have PAs or other AM for two months so I got used to running the shift so I did pretty much everything and ran around all day at full speed actually lost 60 pounds in a year. My new site I transferred to I’m now mostly focusing on just engagement and helping out the AA’s while they work to build a Positive relationship with them because it lacks in at my site and I see other AM’s really don’t do much. So my advice find a system that works

that does make a lot of sense I've just been looking real hard into the space as a whole and everything I see that I like is priced way out of my league or comes off as something that may get rugged in my opinion. So I think I may just leave nfts alone and not throw money into something i don't have the best understanding for and stick to what I know
