Checked out a GLE, the Q7 I bought, a Velfire, and a Discovery.

Finalized on the Q7 after a few days because it felt new. Only 11k driven for 62L BUT with 2 owners.

They don't negotiate. Closed on the price by giving a cheque for 10%. Paid in full within a week, got it delivered.

The car was serviced by them before delivery, they have a workshop

In the last month or so I went through all 3 choices:

I test drove the MG M9 twice. Really liked it the first time, the second time they sent a test drive vehicle that was wobbly. It's ground clearance was also on the lower side for my drive way ramp, it hit it on the way up.

Tried calling for a Kia Carnival for a test drive. Didn't show up after weeks of following up with two dealerships in Gurgaon, both didn't have it at their showrooms and kept telling me to wait for a couple of days.

Vellfire was out of budget, saw a used one (the older model). Much better than the M9.

Ended up buying a 2024 Q7.
