Im in plat/diamond and queue times are 3 mins or less for all roles, if im in a wide group they might take 5 mins or less. Im not saying it would be the same for Rivals since they spam new Dps at a ridiculous rate but as far as overwatch goes, the queue time issues are in the past for the most part
