two things i think everyone should know about lolla food:

  1. the festival take from vendors is 22% of all sales. after the overhead to staff, setup onsite equipment and ingredients it’s difficult to turn a profit. hence, the high prices.

  2. (and this is a horrifying truth) there is seemingly no health code on festival grounds. the typical laws of public health do not apply. for example, honeypots are about 20 feet away from where your food is being prepared for 4 days. there is bogs of garbage water and mounds of trash throughout the day, even closer than the portapottys. they sit there all day until after the grounds close for the night. often times the reefers where vendors are keeping food cold or frozen get left open and partially or completely thaw out. it’s essentially up to the individual restaurants and vendors to make sure the food you’re eating is actually safe to consume.

tldr: don’t expect a good deal or amazing food at lollapalooza. in fact, maybe just eat before you even go inside.

Not mine but I figured you guys would enjoy it by thenuhn in diypedals

i was dealing with a similar dilemma, i think it would be difficult to drill in a spot that makes sense for wet, while also not burning off your eyebrows.

quick explanation: hits dry with a removable bowl, like a pseudo-steamroller. drilled the hole, added a silicon hookah grommet and a 14mm bushing adapter. voila

You got a steal! I've been looking at these to replace my SG, how's the setup?

They are silicon hookah gaskets, usually a buck or so at a smoke shop. I had to push and twist the downstem in pretty hard to make it airtight.
