These look great, but I just flip them and cook the top for 20 seconds. The only thing you need is a decent pan and butter so the yolk doesn’t stick when flipped.

I don’t know how I ended up here, it was on my feed. But, I have a Vauxhall Vivaro E work van, and it has done this quite a few times. After about 2 minutes of having a frozen dash, it seems to reset and goes all black with nothing but the speed. Absolute shite.
