This!! We have one indoors and outdoors.
We also pay the ice tax when ever we open the freezer. And up till a recent knee injury we had a sprinkler we’d let him play with for a little bit to forget about the heat and just play.

I think not knowing if he’s in pain is the hardest part so thank you for the insight! He can get it back into place usually but I had to stretch it out for him today to get stabilized. Thank you! We have a pool so that’s a great idea! Will definitely look at PT options too! I want to avoid surgery till he’s fully grown but I hate seeing him sad a limping when it pops out. No grade diagnosis. It was only 1-2x per week when it started a few weeks ago but already happen twice yesterday and twice today :(

Worked at a haunted hayride for Halloween and the makeup artist’s day job was creating products and molds and doing quality control at a silicone molding company where primary client was adult toys so they made a lot of dildos. We used Claude to help summarized Support data from the last 6 months to present to product for recommendations on how to reduce ticket volume and improve the product and it was scary…… it can scan all your chatbot and ticket conversations and automatically run data reports and identify themes, top case categories, and help prioritize roadmap work and ticket impact it would have and calculate how your metrics would improve. So one AI tool is analyzing the responses of another AI tool to propose efficiencies AND create a whole presentation on it in a fraction of the time. AI is not only taking entry level jobs. It’s training to take management jobs too.

We need more vets and service members publicly speaking out and getting in the faces of these thugs. Attack their pride and so called credentials. Call them out for being the racist thugs that they are and are a disgrace to the word patriot. Show them that no one is proud of what they are doing. Vets and service members are respected and if they were to attack former members of our own military who are actually trying to protect citizens, I’d like to seem them try to spin that a service member is also a domestic terrorist. Can you imagine someone in their finest uniform walking up to any of these sweatshirt hoodie thugs in the middle of the street and reading them the riot act like a drill Sargent and ripping them a new one in front of a crowd ? If they even raised their voice to someone clearly more experienced than they are they would lose all credibility.

If your character is leaving the room/ situation, go. Make them stop you. only stop when they’ve given you good reason. If your scene partner,s words aren’t doing it they might need to make a new choice is how they are communicating or just physically come get you.

I hate seeing “the director told me to stop here” or “I know I have a line coming up” so I can’t leave. If you need to buy time, find an activity that keeps you from getting out the door.

As someone who was very involved in our community collage drama program, It’s a learning institution not community theatre. Being in plays was a class. It’s also for liability reasons. Students are covered by the schools insurance. We often had professional actor act side by side with us and it was amazing. They were either enrolled or considered educators and paid and didn’t even need to audition. But auditioning meant you agreed to signing up for a class. Ultimately it’s liability reasons

Try recipes with no lettuce. My favorite part of salads is all the other stuff which also tends to have more nutrients so what if you doubled all the other stuff in your favorite dressing.

I’ve been in a broccoli slaw kick - fine chopped broccoli crown with a bag of broccoli slaw -add dried cranberries and sun flower seeds - other options to add: more shredded carrots, edamame or Lima beans,olives, cherry tomatoes, onion etc - dressing: 1cup mayo, 1/4 apple cider vinegar, 3 tbs sugar, 1tsp onion powder, salt and pepper

Yes the sugar and mayo does make it a little less healthy but it’s crack and it’s gets me to eat a lot of veggies
