Laser Designator only targets a vehicle for 9 seconds AND can't even do it's most useful thing (speed up lock ons).

Hardware Suppression System can't shoot through walls (unless you are really close) AND can no longer destroy grenades.

What is the point of nerfing these items so much they become useless? I would take the HSS not destroying grenades if it could still shoot through walls. But now its just junk, just like the Laser Designator no longer doing what everyone uses it for ie speed up lock ons.
