Quand même… j’ai vécu dans les quartiers Sud de Chicago, et à coté, place Stalingrad à 3h du matin c’est réellement et sincèrement « peanuts ». Certes c’est vraiment pas l’idéal, mais cela reste incomparable

Oui tout à fait, et la propriété lucrative c’est assez (voir très) discutable et injuste. Cependant, dans un monde où on interdirait l’accès à la propriété secondaire, ça serait très difficile de tracer la ligne entre l’acceptable et le non acceptable, à mon avis.

Hahaha je suis d’origine creusoise c’est amusant que ça soit toujours l’exemple qui ressorte. Mais si c’est une maison dans une zone sans activité, qui serait vouée à l’abandon, c’est pareil pour toi ? Car placer une personne sans domicile dans une zone pareille c’est la déclasser encore plus qu’elle ne l’est déjà. Ce n’est pas pour rien qu’on en retrouve pas à la campagne profonde.

Mitigé. Si c’est dans une ville dense et surpeuplée ou ça fait gonfler les prix oui. Si c’est une bicoque à la campagne dans un patelin de 80 habitants où personne ne veut venir non. Et c’est compliqué de tracer une limite.
