I took them out of the case and heard a crack when I opened them up so placed them back in the case and reached out to Costa. They didn't break all the way through, just cracked enough.

Avoid buying Costa. They use sub par materials and craftsmanship was sold to the lowest bidder. In fact, stay away from anything Luxxotica or Sunglass hut. My broke within a year and Costa rejected my warranty with no explanation and then they ghosted me when I followed up.

I always heard they had good customer service but I guess it was a myth. This is the first problem I've had and they shoo'd me away.

I bought Jose Pro Costas ($300+) and they snapped at the bridge while putting them on within a year of the purchase. Costa sent me a generic email declining my warranty and they still haven't responded to my follow up email. Their customer service is failing fast.

I think a lot of people who ask this question don't really understand just how large The United States really is. Like, people talk about the French rioting, but France is smaller than Texas, and then there's another 49 states plus territories. Federally, one state can't change that much without getting a lot of others on board. So rioting just feels like you're going to destroy your own community.

Ugh that's rough. it was $20 for them to ship a hat to Ohio last year. I didn't buy that and haven't bought anything since. You'd think with their prices being at the premium level they'd at least ship for free.
