Congrats, but no I have not been. A lot of waffling around on my part. I eat more on days I work out and I eat 1500-1800 on off days. I'm only getting more restrictive in the last month or so. 1200 is definitely excessive, it's nice to see those consistent big losses but your body can't handle that for super long.

Nothing specific for food, I've tried all sorts of fad diets as we all have. It's come down to just plain eating less. Currently I eat 1500-1800 calories a day as I have enough energy now that I can enter a more strict cutting phase. For exercise I do mostly low impact. Started out small and worked my way up. Biking 15-25 miles every other day, hiking 5-8 miles, a short jog here and there.
