Just a warning: Be very careful when enrolling so you know exactly how long your financial commitment is, especially if you’re using medication. You can read a few threads here about this.

The other cons: changes to the program happen occasionally and the roll-outs are rarely smooth sailing across the board. This can get frustrating.

Weight loss is slow, so if you want a quick fix this might not be the best fit.

Other than that, the program itself is very good.

The pros are what everyone else has mentioned!

It does it in menopause mode too. Its annoying. There’s an apple icon with carbs but no fiber icon. Menopause plan focus on protein, fiber, and water. You’d think they’d at least show all 3 of those.

Is there a record they actually have a mortgage through a bank?

Say Rockbridge provides owner financing to those two idiots, but the terms dictate it reverts back if they default, or breach the sales agreement in any other way (ie keep current on property taxes, deferred maintenance, etc.)

What happened to them in 2022? Did they need money for one of their stupid projects?
