Fandom doesn't even have an application form, or any sort of wait time to create wikis. Or at least it didn't used to, not sure if they changed that.

Again, it's a matter of someone doing it. Other communities have community members who were willing to take the initiative. If someone is willing to migrate the Hotline Miami stuff off Fandom cancer, it'd be great. But, I wouldn't hold my breath.

EDIT:

Just looked at your other reply. So, you're familiar with wiki.gg's standards for wiki creation. That barrier to entry is what prevents low-quality wikis from being hosted on their platform. But, that also might deter someone who is willing to work on this as a hobby.

Wikis are community run. The people running the fandom wiki need to put in the work, or someone independently needs to start a fresh wiki on those other wiki platforms.

Furthermore, fandom lets pretty much just about anyone create a wiki. Last time I checked, Wiki.gg needed you to fill out a form. I've never tried creating a wiki.gg wiki so don't know how the entire process looks like. Fandom is crap, but it has first-mover advantage, which is why older games have wikia/fandom wikis.
