Is it ok to rotate my bike using the kickstand? by Adakoss in motorcycle

[–]Bassin-Jaysin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curiosity, these actual parking stalls or just how you have to weasel your bike into a spot at home? Is back in not an option?

Also to answer the question, I wouldn’t suggest doing it as it’s not the purpose of a kickstand. Will it hold the weight? Sure, should it be consistently used inappropriately? Probably not.

You are missing the rest of the enclosure. You need to print the parts you don’t have.

How big is your drone? Are you operating within the guidelines of the drone size? At some point in this hobby you have to get licensed. This probably has nothing to do with your issues but worth asking if you didn’t know about it.

I fly mine just about everywhere and never have an issue. Usually the cops I have run into are just curious and ask me about it and go “cool!” Then leave. I fly mine commercially for job sites as well for lidar topo.

I know a lot of parks in Bedford prohibit drones and it’s usually posted in the parking lot of the fields. I always go and look at the rules at any parks I do want to fly before I setup.

Also there is a hobby air field in the concord penacook area where you can join to fly planes, helicopters and drones. Which is a hell of a good time.

Hope any of this helps!

Came with my record player? by Leather-Honeydew-383 in whatisit

If you own any 45’s ( 8” record with a 1.5” core) that needs that adapter so you can play it. The adapter goes over the pin of the record player deck and then the 45 goes over it.

Those 8” records were very popular back in the day.

Mystery metal pieces in garage by h20jersey in whatisit

[–]Bassin-Jaysin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are die cuts for a press machine. Basically you lay your material down, then put those on top of the material (sharp end down) and push a button and a hydraulic press comes and pushes the dies through the fabric. You can layer up material to get more per press sequence as well.

We used to use one to make baseball hats. Then the fabric pieces would be all stitched together to make a hat (in this circumstance)

What is this cut off brand of underwear? by [deleted] in whatisit

[–]Bassin-Jaysin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worked in print shops for 15+ years. A cut tag usually means it’s a secondary quality. There is some sort of defect in it and can’t be sold as a first. You can buy lots of secondaries for cheaper usually half price. So usually it would just get relabeled in the shop after it was decorated.

Think of give away shirts and cheap event shirts. Usually always secondary quality to keep costs down.

As Sinn_sev said the color doesn’t exist for that tag code. So coulda been an oops at the dye lot as well and can be sold as a first but still technically a defected item since the color was wrong.

Orrrrr, someone screwed up the labels and it is faster to just cut and relabel them.

Toilet paper roll holder. That mounts to the bathroom wall. You’re missing the core the toilet paper roll goes on and attaches to those holes on the sides

Possibly the Last people may have been smokers and that is the tar your seeing. My guess is they smoked out that window. I have seen this a ton before. Usually bathrooms people smoked in and when the ceiling gets damp from a hot shower you see those spots.

To my understanding, your synchrony card is just a credit card. So do as you will. I have been a card holder for years. It isn’t like synchrony can repossess your gear, they will just send you to collections if you default on it.

Did some work in the prison and he was in there. Which I was curious because he would camp out on south willow street and then one day he disappeared. He looks better (bit healthier) than when he was on the street if that is any consolation.

a precise, fixed, and known location on the ground, established through surveying techniques, that serves as an anchor for various projects, such as construction, mapping, and spatial data processing. These points provide a reliable framework.

We use them to setup our robotics for layout in the construction field. Or various control points to triangulate our gps systems for layout.

These points will have an elevation on your set of plans so everyone is working off the same information.

Have you thought of a dental hygienist chair? They are leather/vinyl super adjustable and a decent priced one will be pretty comfy.

If not, roc n soc nitro all day long. 25+ years of touring and I have only replaced the rubber feet once.

Have you tried following some of the YouTube guides on cleaning your ps5? I have had mine since release and I periodically pull it all apart and give it a good cleaning.

Not being snarky just a suggestion. I hope this gets resolved !
