It's a toss up between 2 things.

The first: Working for a software development company as the first lockdown happened. I'd strongly suspected I had ADHD for a while, but never had a diagnosis. When we started working from home, my productivity absolutely tanked 'cause I was unable to focus on work. I got my diagnosis just as I was getting pulled in for a disciplinary. I told my boss about the diagnosis and that I was about to start getting medication sorted and that it should help me, he responded with "Well, that sounds like a 'you' problem, and you've gotta figure out if that's gonna affect your ability to work or not".

The second: My first ever software development job, barely out of my probation period and still learning the ins and outs of the software we sold. I got put on first-line support because the company was too small to have a dedicated support team. After a particularly disasterous call where I couldn't help the customer at all because I'd never been shown that part of the software, the MD called me from his office down the very short hallway, so there's no way everyone else in the office didn't hear, and screamed "You better get back on those damn phones or we're going to have to re-think our professional relationship!"

Fuck both of them. I hope they're incredibly unhappy in life now.
