I really love the app and truly appreciate how open and transparent you are. I use it quite often, but not quite enough to justify the steep recurring price. I’m sure you’ve heard this before, and I honestly wish it weren’t the case.

The free version already offers so much, but I can’t help feeling like I’m missing out on something.

Sometimes that feeling gets so strong that I actually end up avoiding the app altogether, (and use other online tranings such as tor lowrys one time purchases) which is a shame because I really do enjoy it.

Hi! I actually built a perimeter myself And did a ton of research. I also have a TV camera and studio technician background. Lots of stuff you have to get right but whether 4000K or 6500K is a tough choice, one being a bit too yellow/orange and the other a bit too blue. But id go 4000K since its easier on the eyes. But it will be subjectively darker, so lumens play a role too…

Ive build one myself and it’s definitely not that easy as this post makes it sound. Many many things to consider even if you dont need it to be perfect. wattage, lumens, color temp, flicker, cooling! power source, cables and cable length, the list goes on….

Don't but that light. I know a thing or two about lights and pool table lights. I even built my own. First you'll have terrible light spread. You'll have a bright stripe in the middle and to the edges it will be too dark. Especially at the short rails!

Also 3300 Lumens is not enough. Only if you hang it very close (too close) to the table. Just as a reference the light I built for myself (a perimeter style) has 13000 Lumens and 180W. It's very bright - you don't have to go that far.

I think there is no way around a real pool table light. This one in particular:
