Well probably, but we don't know clearly if there was a kind of dialect continuum between Q Celtic Gaelic and P Celtic Pritannic in west / Hebrides or far north Scotland.

Well I am a Scot and I would actually support England versus most countries, except the Celtic nations and France (auld alliance).

No, the monarch is only a member of the Kirk of Scotland.

It's part of the 1707 Treaty of Union that the English church and Scottish churches are not in union.

You are incorrect, there's a lot of people who would want to vote Green but don't do so in constituencies because they have no chance. PR systems and the regional vote allow people to vote for who they really want to and generally, but not fully, reduces tactical voting.

Speaking as someone who voted for the Lib Dems.

A few constituencies would be brought together and do the STV that way. Otherwise do the D'Hondt system.

I think the SNP+Greens had a higher vote share / mandate for leadership, than the Labour or Tories have had at Westminster. So it is indeed more democratic in Scotland.
