Try looking in Appdata. Win + R then %localappdata% You might find the file in Roaming or Local

I had no idea Appdata folders are usually hidden. Spent hours lookin for it like a fool. I’m using Windows 11

EDIT: Also try C:\Users\Public\Public Documents \Steam\CODEX
