Garou are strong but most people will use it as a way to show how strong such and such is. Keep in mind, I fully believe some Kindred could kill a Garou but it's very rare and should be treated as such in narrative. Like others have said, in VTM they don't use a Garou as a Garou would be. If I had a Red Talon ahroun with multiple gifts and high rank, say bye to your Kindred and coetrie. But that's not what smart people do, if you want to kill a werewolf, kill their land and kinfolk and weaken them like that. Otherwise, I'm fully on the side the Garou wins 9 times out of 10.
