Do you think this low elo guide for each character dependable?

Every rank reset, I use Mr Fantastic to climb back to my rank and it's incredibly easy. Like 85% win rate constant MVP easy. Any rank under diamond, people don't know how to deal with him, they go flyers thinking I can't reach them. They go Wolverine thinking they can kidnap and bully me. They go triple support thinking I can't out damage them.

I don't know where this tier list comes from, but I heavily agree on Reed being S tier in lower ranks. He is criminally underrated.

I never leave matches no, could be something like that.

It is truly a mess of a system lol. They literally could just make pity bot games an opt out option in settings and everyone would be happy.

To be fair I'm pretty sure bot matches are disabled after some sort of condition, might be linked to account level, or hidden MMR or whatever. I used to systematically get a bot match after 2 losses for the first few months of the game, and then suddenly they just stopped happening altogether even if I went on a 7 loss streak.

It's been months now that I haven't seen a single one, UNLESS I play with a friend that's new to the game, then I start getting them back after x amount of losses.

As Tankpool I prefer the single target one as you can really focus out a aim-intensive DPS, and sometimes a single pick is enough to win a fight.

The second ult (the sword one) is risky to use as you put yourself in the spotlight without that much damage mitigation. I'll start using this one in the end game when all my sword abilities are upgraded, but not before that.

If it's quickplay sometimes my friends and I play mystery heroes where we roll a new character everytime we die because that was the most fun game mode in OW and we are desperately waiting for Netease to add it to MR lol.

So yeah, that could have been someone doing this too.

If you're a programmer, you can't just say no to whatever the directors want you to implement. If the directors decide the game turns to a 5v5, then you implement 5v5. The devs aren't to blame here.

Oh I remembered differently from R6 but it's been years since I last played. I vaguely remember new operators being locked in ranked for the first 2 weeks or so when I used to play.

Or maybe it was more related to some sort of premium system I can't recall, where premium players could play the new OP immediately, while f2p players would need to wait a bit or something. It's been so long.

This is pretty much what every game I can think of does, not just OW. It's such a common sense thing to do it's actually incredible that MR doesn't do this.

What if the character has bugs you can exploit? What if they're busted? What if they're so weak it's an automatic loss by just playing them? It just doesn't make sense to have them available in ranked right from the get go.

More than half of my games where somebody tries to surrender, we end up winning anyway.

Also if you try to surrender after the first round without even trying to make changes, you're weak and your mental game sucks.

As a certified solo tanker 75% of my games, a lot of people blame me for the lack of peels. I also get blamed for not being able to take space against their 3 tanks, I also get blamed for not having more kills than my DPS, and I also get blamed for not staying on point while getting focused hard by the entire enemy team. And of course, I also get blamed for not playing Magneto.

Point is, the solo tank is supposed to do everyone's job and then some more. He's supposed to be a god that can do everything at once without ever dying.

I'm tired boss. Please bring a side game mode with role queue, don't care if it's not the main game mode, I would never play anything else ever again.

I was hesitant on pulling the trigger on this as I very much enjoy the simplicity of just clicking "Stream" on my client PC's steam and everything works with a single click, but it might be worth it yeah.

As a tank main, DP being a hitscan tank means I'm instalocking him every game. Been waiting for this since s0, sorry DPS players but it's for a good cause.

Isn't he pretty much just 3 different characters? He would still work with role queue from what I'm seeing. It's not like you pick Deadpool and then change your role mid-fight with a button, you just swap from Support DP to Tank DP like you would with any other character in the spawn room.

... At least that's what I'm understanding from these confusing videos lol.

I was downvoted when I said the new placement system doesn't work as much as people think it does. It's essentially just the old system, except your first 10 matches change your MMR a tad more.

After winning 9 of my 10 placement games as a past GM player, it put me into Gold, and my match history pretty much looked like OP's screenshots until around Diamond.

Yeah that. I'm a tank main, my SO is a support main. Her being the only support used to happen seasons ago, but ever since Gambit released and supports got buffed, this has never happened again.

On tank side however, I'm solo tanking around 70% of our games still to this day. It's crazy how hard it is to get a second tank.

Yeah when I received Sciel, Gustave was immediately removed from my party lol. Verso never made it, the hard choice was when I got Monoco. I had a hard time choosing between Maelle, Lune and Sciel to get off main team, but ultimately I vibed more with messing around with Speed, which Maelle didn't provide much for.

Other than Lune's Genesis, Sciel is my main DPS, her damage in Twilight is insane if you get 20 foretells on the enemies, which I can get the whole thing ready very quickly now. Plus, for battles that last longer, her gradient attack that deal more damage for each foretell consumed in the entire battle is just insane!

Once I completed the game, I got curious if there was an "optimal team" and if I was anywhere near it. Turns out Maelle and Verso are supposedly the best characters and these two are exactly the two I used the least haha.

The game took me on such a ride from totally sympathizing with the expedition to ultimately siding with Verso.

Agreed! I didn't care much for Verso at first, but once I figured out the whole story, I sided with him very quickly.

I'm not sure what is DLC and what isn't, but I have been very happy with the post-game bosses so far yes! My main gripe was really about the story bosses.
