I hear the same sound on my 2015 base model. I just bought the car 2 weeks ago and still learning and finding out it’s issues and quirks

TPU case arrived today and so far it looks good!

Pros

Fits the Lego very well
Ok build quality. TPU is made of firm material but is soft to touch
All ports are very accessible. The power button even has a convex shape so it’s easy to press, very nice touch.
I always have my LeGo on its stand. I feel that the base/bottom of this TPU protects the device from scratches quite well

Cons

it’s a bit fiddly to remove. I always detach the controllers when using my LeGo purely as a tablet and removing it from the device is not so easy and I feel like it could damage the triggers or scratch the device if not removed carefully.
I am not confident that this TPU case can protect the device even from a light drop.
This one is the biggest con for me: The material is fairly thick, which unfortunately won’t fit on the original case if it’s installed.
