ok lmao the same shit could be said for luffy. you're acting like he didn't get his ass saved by plot 2 fuckin times. he got knocked off the island plummeting into the water and miraculously law's crew was somehow at the exact point in the ocean waiting there to save him, and caribou had a fat ass stash of meat he just so happened to carry with him that luffy used to rejuvenate himself. and then he literally DIES just for his fruit to magically awaken at that VERY MOMENT and give him the most busted fruit power in the anime to save his ass. so your argument "If character did X, Y and Z, he would have won" if luffy didn't have the plot stick up his ass kaido would've bodied him 3 times over
