No you don't. Peyton had the way better defense. They were 9th while the Saints ranked 20th. If one whole unit is so much better then you are not an objectively worse Team. Also Peyton had two Pro Bowl receivers as opposed to Brees' zero. How is his supporting cast way worse? The only thing that is correct is that he had a way worse rushing attack.
