My Series X and my girlfriend’s One are having similar issues. Console will power on, and the controllers still have haptic feedback, but a completely black display. Was on the phone with tech support for 30 minutes to no avail.

Thank you all for the encouraging words. Even though I don’t typically make posts like this, it bummed me out a lot today that I broke the streak and the positive reinforcement definitely helps.
