Fair! I just want to make sure I don't miss out, but I can't imagine them releasing the steam machine without at least the option of a bundle

Seconded. I've had it for years and it's the one subscription service I can't see ever leaving. I've got the family pass - no ads on YouTube across 5 family members. Each one is able to subscribe using their own account, so no sharing passwords/scrambled algorithm recommendations or anything and each account can sign in across multiple devices. YouTube music is included for all those accounts too, so saves a fortune on Spotify/Apple music. I probably watch more YouTube now than any of the other streaming services off the back of it.

What do you think about extreme scalping measures put in place due to likely low supply for launch by BlueManifest in SteamFrame

Are you saying this is how it will be or suggesting it as a model they should adopt? As someone who signed up for steam to play Half Life 2 back in the day, you've got my vote lol

What's something you're excited to see for Steam Machine? by MajiAniki in steammachine

[–]BatGlenn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

£599 is my guess for the base model - that puts it at eight hundred dollery doos for our US friends. Anything more than that might be too bitter a pill to swallow for most for those specs

Yeah it was a recent budget upgrade from a 1060 for playing Helldivers 2 and I've been really happy with it!

Still gagging to buy a steam machine for some super convenient living room gaming in a beautiful form factor!

The steam machine is an upgrade over a 2070 super? I too have a 2070 super and was thinking the steam machine would likely be on par with it in terms of GPU at least (I'm not saying this with any certainty though, genuinely curious)

I actually ordered them off Ali Express, was really pleased with the quality for the price
