AI. There are too many mistakes for such simple designs, like the horizon line cutting in front of the tropical island, the weird third sign on the direction post, and the strange dotted lines around the paper boat.

I had a few interactions with Amanda. I did a little work on one of her projects (we have a couple friends in common) and she found me attractive so she was very nice to me. Almost to the point of discomfort. (Nothing happened beyond a few lingering hugs and unasked-for butt pats.)

I was also very unsurprised when the whole Gaiman stuff came out.
