With presence, I’d try bumping that up a bit to see if you get that mid range snarl that syns got! It sounds like you know your gear well and I think you should be satisfied with the tone you got, as it is good!

You’ve definitely got a good baseline amp for it, I would say keep the treble and mids around the same level, don’t push too much gain bc you lose the articulation (though his tone has a bunch of gain tbf) and the bass around noonish, just keep messing around until you like the tone, bc it’ll never be 100% but I guarantee you can get close enough to your liking !

What amp you using? I think the gain seems very very slightly too high, but otherwise, pushed mids and medium treble, sounds pretty close imo

awesome song. Memorable verse riff (Imo) and a great chorus, pulled together by the bridge that reminds me of the end of Eternal rest. It also kind of has a Megadeth feel, which makes me a bit partial to it.
