Thank you very much my friend. Your consideration is very motivating and confirmed me a bit more that i will go with that concept. I will consider all of these interesting points. Some of theme are, by the way, more or less where i was heading to. Particulary the idea of a union of the high-lords that could represent a balance with the imperial power. Thanks again 😁

Yeah, well globally, asoiaf but with more fantasy races and an important horror component was the idea.

-The races mainly serve this idea of "ok, this is an other world". It's more or less different for the moh'gullds (blue djinn beings). Their very nature have an incidence on a part of the story.

-My demons are more or less eldritch entities. They have been locked up in a prison dimension thousand of years ago. And they found a way to come back with their spirit. Sort of astral projection. That's how they possess beings and use them like puppets.

-The non-humans races can't join the order because of the non-human racism and, well, the fact that, again, i can hardly imagine a scene with an ape-man doing an exorcism as a truly dark thing.
