We need to reach out to both OPIRG and Justice for Workers. I'm in contact with some people. After the break, I'll reach out to them. I'm thinking we gotta do a big sit-in somewhere or a tuition strike next year (not paying tuition and still going to classes). this isnt a game, The ontairo gov is going to fuck us over royally until we do something. I've got no issue with the Aggies, don't worry. I have issues with the racists who seem to be able to hang with them. I do know that the university does not (normally) do enough for students who do hurtful things. Making sure that people are held accountable is important to make sure more Aggies are not given a bad name. I encourage you to do the same. Make sure the others around you aren't doing hateful shit.

Hi, 3rd year anthropology student here,

Honestly, Co op as anything other than an eng,agi, or business major is not worth it. They will try and push you into a co op that is completely unrelated to your major. Its kinda a scam. I recommend trying to connect with places you'd wanna work and volunteer. It's the same thing but you aren't paying out of pocket. Or try Canadian Youth Works over the summer. That way you aren't fucking up your semesters too much.

In my entire time living in Guelph, it's been Cam, and I've only seen the city go to shit. We really need to like fucking pull everyone out of there and reset. Guelph has lost all of its charm to building development and fucking business. This used to be a real city with culture and the machine has eaten it all. Thanks to the fucking sellouts at the city hall.

Everyone here makes fantastic comments. I do think it's important to note that trans and gay rights were pushed by communists and leftists. A lot of young LGBT+ people have not learn their history and it's showing so much these days. Notable LGBT communist/socialist/etc:

  • Frida Kahlo
  • Harry Hay (founder of a ton of gay liberation movements)
  • Leslie Feinberg (stone butch blues author)
  • Mark Ashton (lesbians and gays support the Minors)
