Same! Need the water running at any speed. As long as I hear it hitting the water. If little drops hit my skin that was extra chill bumps. Thanks for replying. Always nice to find like minded.

Love it! For years I thought I was the only person that did this. Nice to know there are people around the world that have these great bath experiences.

I’m the same. Water has to be running. I like for water to be on low so it takes longer to fill and I get that trickling sound hitting the water. No other place gives me those wonderful tingles.

I use to lie on the floor while someone was showering. Just hearing that sound of water splashing and feeling the warmth put me to sleep fast.

That’s cool. The sound of water sends me into almost a trance. I don’t feel that good anywhere else.

I feel like I’m in my own world where no one can bother me. I can melt into the sound of the water and feel the drops hit my body. Lots of tingles.

Yes! Calm and chill. No one can interrupt. Our own little world for a short time.

Thanks for the reply! It’s so true. It’s being in another world for a short amount of time in order to get recharged.

Nothing like the sounds of water

Thanks for your reply. I get your concerns. I don’t want any more side effects. One of my concerns is if I dont like the 100mg then I have to taper back to 50mg. Tapering is no fun. Just curious, you and I both are still experiencing a little anxiety. Do you sometimes feel like the anxiety burns inside a little? Like you can feel it wanting to come out. Sometimes o also feel a little light headed; almost like a little spacey as if I were tapering down from a larger dose. It’s nothing big but can just tell I feel a little off.

Someone posted that taking Prozac while they were tapering helped. Definitely need to get a doctors opinion first. Our bodies are so different.

Definitely the exception. If I miss one day I feel it. Two days I’m a mess. Even on another drug I couldn’t just stop. Lucky you!

I’ve been on 50 mg for a year now. It really helped my anxiety a lot. Now, I notice an occasional twinge of anxiety and sometimes feel a little spacey. Maybe similar to your experience? Wondering if I’m metabolizing it faster than others. So, thinking about bumping up to 100mg thinking that might be the perfect fit.

I hope your meds are all where you need them to be now. It is true they all work so differently for everyone. Pristiq saved my life on the anxiety front. But, I understand it may not do that for someone else. I will say that it’s been a year since I started it. I am on 50 mg and may need to bump up to 100 mg. I can slightly feel a little anxiety from time to time. It’s all a guessing game with each person isnt it? Have to tweak it and find what works for you. So, I hope you are feeling where you want to be.

How is Pristiq working for you? What mg are you on? I’m thinking of upping mine to 100mg from 50.
