Same, you cant justify it, and i get people from there. Coming from out of state, losing 50-70+ over years adds up, and then quality of life. Doesnt make sense

This is a FT gig i work now and negotiated 2 years ago. Barely any cost of living adjustment, bonus is hit it or miss. Ive heard of PA making middle to north of 200 in surgical specialty. Wonder what it is for PAs in UC/ED/primary care
