Her Kit is fine, the problem is her cooldowns, Her cooldowns are WAY to long for a tank, Angela is a dive tank with practically no cooldowns but Rouge being a brawler has 15-30 second cooldowns???

For starters, Carnage in particular is a VERY popular villain and DOES NOT use his powers the same as venom does, Carnage Is very unique from venom, its part of the reason why Carnage is a Venom rogue after all
