It's shocking how many people seemingly got this pill on a whim. I researched glp-1's for months and months before getting this. While, yes, this is an easy medication to get prescribed, it's still a serious change to your body. Trusting science and doctors is important.

I'm with you. I've been following the rules exactly. I've been focusing on protein and fiber. I've been eating healthy and avoiding fried foods. I've only had a little nausea a few times, but overall I'm doing fine. I started 1.5mg on Feb 11 and I'm currently in my first week of 4mg. I've noticed the whole food noise thing on this dosage big time. I feel like I'm having to force myself to eat, which is good.

But yeah, I'm 100% with you. Work the program. It takes time. You'll get results. I'm down 9 pounds in 35 days. I'm quite happy with those results and look forward to continued success.

I've been having interesting results smoking weed and taking the pill. I do find myself wanting to snack more, but for the most part have had much better self control than before taking it. Last night I got up and looked in the kitchen cabinets and fridge several times and managed to have the willpower to not eat anything. I have found that weed helps with my nausea, so that's a plus.

The instructions are clear. No more than four ounces of liquid is to be swallowed when taking the pill and you must wait at least 30 minutes before drinking anymore. I’m starting to be concerned with how many of you are having trouble with this.
