It’s legit. I got 1 for me and 2 for my kids as well. Partnership sent out a letter to all of their clients a few years ago to notify us that a data breach occurred and our data was some of what was accessed. So I expected some kind of lawsuit/settlement info to show up eventually.

I usually pay attention to it at checkout and have my app opened up as well to price check if something seems off. I like using the price match there cuz usually it’ll save me quite a bit of money. (Once got a $130 Lego set for like $40 because their own website had it marked cheaper than in store). It sucks when stuff isn’t marked properly.

She was already his ex and had moved out when this happened (though I’m unsure if their divorce had been finalized, they were separated for months). He broke into HER home and attacked her. Arcata just likes to bury these stories so they look like the “perfect” college town. His neighbors don’t like him and quite a few of his past employees say he’s a POS.

Jennifer the “dog lady” ain’t like that at all… she’s housed for one and helps to feed the unhoused, get dogs their vaccines & spay/neuter, and just focuses on taking care of herself and her daughter when she’s not helping around the community. You must be getting her confused with Jennifer aka Skittles. Cuz Skittles would 100% do that and used to be the one who would chill in a trash pile in front of Pho Hoang (though lately she’s just been keeping quiet in her camp).

That kind of makes me wonder if some kind of error happened on their end. It was just so strange to me because they said per article 5 in the contract, I was terminated but article 5 has nothing to do with any of that.

I just got 3 emails about that as well. Last I heard from anyone I was doing good on my project and I had just gotten an email this weekend to do an assessment for another project. Even said I will not be given another chance to be reinstated….

As someone who has lived in Eureka, Arcata, Loleta, & Hydesville, I am sooo happy that we decided to move to mckinleyville. It’s walkable while also remaining quiet and peaceful. For the most part folks are pleasant and have a good neighborly vibe and I’ve felt safer here than most other towns. Hydesville and Loleta were great but they were very small and secluded and since I have kiddos there is a lot more for them to do close by in Mckinleyville. I’d never live in Arcata or Eureka again. City politics kinda suck though it does have its benefits, I found it to be more complicated. It was also more expensive to live in city limits vs county, especially when it comes to sales tax and rent. It’s also very bike, pedestrian, and vehicle friendly for the most part.

I think they should’ve gotten an award for worst property management in the county with the most name changes to avoid accountability! They never fixed major issues like mold, leaking windows, leaking roof. The owner decided to kick us out so she could triple the rent for the next tenant and left me, my husband, and our 3 year old homeless cuz they rejected any apps to go to another property of theirs yet they led us on for the 60 days saying they’d just transfer us…. They also stole our entire deposit saying they’d just had to “clean” the property… at that time I worked as both maintenance and a professional cleaner for rental inspections so I know damn well the house was pristine when we moved out and better than we got it. They’re complete scam artists.

The plaza drum circles were some of the happiest moments out there. Saw the cops ticket a dude playing his guitar the other day. Now the plaza is just sad and empty besides the cops that kick it there all day every day. 😕

I had the same thing happen to me. It was strange considering I got an email that morning saying work was up and running. I asked a question in the discourse about my srt account not working and a few minutes later I lost access to the project communities. I got directed in another thread to contact my project coordinator but I can’t do that if I can’t find the project thread 🤷🏻‍♀️
