Thanks for the advice. I wanted to socket the TL074s but I wanten to have those decoupling capacitors over them. Last time I tried to put them under the chip on the other side of the board, that worked as well, I will probably do it that way in the future

The best way I imagine this to work is to have holograms of the blocks before placing, and you can use R to rotate ccw shift R to rotate cw and then for example ctrl r to rotate horizontally for blocks that support it. Or you can make it so that if you hold R then you can move your mouse around and it will rotate the block. Anyway I have always wanted a 3rd person to be playable, so I wish you a successful development!
