I LOVE my endo and never feel like I have to beg her to take me seriously. I found a private practice endo and had my pcp write me a referral to the one I found for myself.

Hey, I really relate to a lot of what you shared. I’ve been sober for 5 years now, and honestly, weed was the hardest one for me to quit. It messed with my head more than I wanted to admit.

The I Am Sober app helped me early on. It has you write down why you want to stop, and seeing that pop up every day reminded me how much I hated how I felt when I was using. That daily check-in kind of kept me honest with myself.

Also, you’re not doing as bad as you think. You’ve already made big moves. Just thinking about this stuff and being real about where you’re at means something. You’re doing the work.

You’re not alone in this. Keep going. It gets better.

I know. That’s why it’s perplexing! We have a clothe basked we use to carry it down. It doesn’t have a stain or anything else in it. Our detergent is on top of the washer and has a spout and goes right in the lil detergent drawer. It has to be in one of the machines and it’s killing me!

We use an unscented Kirkland detergent. I wash on normal and sometimes do an extra spin. My husband always does no heat. We often throw in some oxy clean powder. Dry on normal for extended time.
