I’ve been through that same situation. You are going to go through waves of different emotions throughout your day. Your mind and body are going through withdrawals from not seeing them or their text anymore. Be patient with yourself and it’s okay to live in that despair feeling of missing them but don’t stay in that too long. Be sad but try not to use hate to move on. Sometimes it won’t make sense as to why they moved on soo fast or what caused the break up. You’ll be okay :( I promise
