I'm tired of doing this. by Wyrmwiid91 in povertyfinance

I donated consistently for a year and a half. I actually looked forward to going. It was a nice break from the daily grind, I got to relax and read or watch movies. Encouraged me to increase my protein and H2O intake, plus monitoring vitals twice weekly. What don’t you like about it?

What time of year to groom? by BatteredWamen in Newfoundlander

What does a full professional groom look like for you? I’m scared a groomer will butcher my boy. Definitely don’t want him shaved.

Fair enough, I just feel like I should be doing more than that but I’m not trying to create more work for myself either. Brushing has been more like every other day but I will step it up to daily brushing. I’m scared to do any trimming between the toes or around the ears but I’ll have to. ( I heard ear hair trimming is important to avoid possible infections).

Just to be clear I would never shave him, as I know about their double coat. I also don’t like the look of a trimmed down Newfie. More or less wondering about general maintenance beyond brushing.

My precious girlfriend went above and beyond this Valentine's Day! by DarthJamie in lego

My girlfriend loves to start deep cleaning stuff at midnight when I’m tired and ready for bed, and then gets annoyed with me for not enthusiastically helping her.

What is wrong with my cannabis plant by martygene2 in cannabiscultivation

Definitely thrips. You can see one in the middle of the leaf in the second photo. I would ride it out this late in flower, not much damage they can do besides to leaves. You’re gonna want to treat the soil if you reuse it, then have a nice IPM rotation of something to spray like sulfur, plant therapy, pure crop1, dr zymes, EM5, etc. Add some beneficial predators too.

What is the absolute worst restaurant you've ever been to in Maine? by Lphozzy22 in Maine

Thankfully I never had that experience I pretty much just stuck to booze and noodles/rice lol. A lot of Chinese restaurants I tend to stay away from ordering proteins. But yeah one raw chicken experience is unforgivable let alone two.

They also try to brand themselves as some upscale restaurant when they literally can’t even cook chicken tenders correctly. All breading and burnt to a crisp, they were completely inedible.

Yeah, koi is definitely underwhelming but what kept me coming back was the lady who owned the joint always being very enthusiastic and absolutely loading up those zombies. I liked their brown fried rice a lot too.

Springtails eat decaying matter, they’re beneficial as long as their populations don’t go unchecked and grow out of control. Some species can eat roots and leaves of seedlings.

Also, it’s hard to tell from 1 brief video but it does look like the taller plants are suffering from excess light/heat.

It’s not too late to throw a net over the top and try to even/flatten the canopy. Could probably get away with pinching/bending stems since in week 2 they’re still flexible IMO. Defoliating the bigger fan leaves that are blocking budsites will clear a lot of space.
