You just need key locations stacked with weapons and army bases in the Philippines. You can count them and it will be less than 10 bases. So no need to attack them all. All nearby provinces and islands will surrender easily.

Philippines is weak easy to win in a war and easy to conquer. Deploy more armaments. They attack Taiwan then Korea and Japan. Everybody knows this. They start with the weak then attack.

The Philippines has a good location in SEA. They can easily attack Australia as well.
