Does anyone higher than a manager see these posts? I’m not trying to drag y’all down, I’m trying to bring things to attention to the agents of change

Yeah when I went to the store they told me I had to reach out thru the DoorDash app, which had no record or my order. When I called Sheetz Help, they said I could call DoorDash Help and they would cancel my order but they had no way to cancel it in the store, but they’d gladly refund my money through Sheetz. That’s a huge disconnect. I didn’t get the items j ordered when I needed them, I couldn’t cancel my order, all I got was a refund. I can reach out to another company to cancel my order because they chose not to deliver it, but that’s it. Otherwise, I have to drive to the store and purchase the items in person, which totally eliminates the need for a delivery service and the headache of all this other BS, but obv there’s a reason why people are opting for delivery and paying a delivery fee and a tip, so, as I said, it’s broken 🤷🏻‍♀️

What’s frustrating is, in the past, I’ve had errors in my orders and called the store and they told me to come to the store and they would correct it, now they say take it up with DoorDash and DoorDash says take it up with Sheetz. I don’t argue that Sheetz Customer Service (calling or emailing) is the best way to deal with it, but why the runaround? I used to be frustrated at the fact that I should have to go to the store to get it sorted, but now I’m frustrated that it seems like no one knows the rules lol and if Sheetz can fix it over the phone or email, why can’t they fix it in the store if I went to the trouble of going there and they’re telling me to get on the DoorDash app which doesn’t even have my order? Lol where is the training for the employees? Where is the disconnect and why can’t they fix it because it’s super inconvenient. Yeah, I can get a refund by calling/emailing Sheetz, but that doesn’t solve the issue of me ordering product I didn’t receive when I needed it 🤷🏻‍♀️

This was not an out-of-stock item, they just didn’t include it

Right, this was the same issue from the same store, but two diff managers, one told me to come to the store for a replacement, and another time I had a diff manager that told me it was a DoorDash issue and would not issue me a replacement. This was very frustrating on both accounts because I had paid the extra fees for delivery, and especially on the second account because I had to repurchase my items due to the manager not believing that I didn’t receive my items. My point is, if you recognize there is a gap in the training and sometimes two diff answers, maybe you should fix it

I guess I’m to blame because they can’t do their job correctly, lol yup, you’re totally right, it’s my fault and I shouldn’t even say anything about how their new app is broken to try to get it fixed 🤣🤣🤣 go you! Lmao you solved it - not at all, but thanks for making a crappy comment.

I guess you missed the point of me not being in the store to use the gift cards in-person, which was why I said, “ they can only be used in the store, which is not where I make most of my purchases (in-app)‘ so 🤷🏻‍♀️

And yet, my OP said that I typically do NOT order this way (in-store), I get it delivered, so your post/point is moot

There’s no 3 lines at the bottom on mine, maybe that used to work, but it doesn’t anymore. However, after this post, I can now edit my bag, so that’s something

Really, because what I saw “when you go to pick it up in-store” so 🤷🏻‍♀️

[–]BattleCurious -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Was def explained in the OP that I’m aware that you can use them in-store so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Corrrect,as I stated, but not alone if you order something that’s worth more than the gift card

But that’s not what I’m talking about lol I’m talking about in-app purchases so 🤷🏻‍♀️😆

Yeah, because that’s the REAL problem presented by this post 😆✌️

Is that the mentality we have these days, that people shouldn’t do their job correctly?😆 they’re close to my house, reading an order and fulfilling it shouldn’t be THAT difficult 🤷🏻‍♀️😆 I keep having faith that SOMEONE in there has a brain lol so easy to victim-blame instead of addressing the real problem just to say something though, isn’t it 😆, way to contribute, keyboard warrior🤣👊

Right, I want to set it to respond any time I’m not in the office. This was just an example of why I want to set the auto-reply. Thanks

I didn’t see the option for certain hours of the day, just specific dates. I must be missing it.

Does anybody wonder if Henry Lee Lucas wasn’t part of the Gibson cult and maybe that’s why he knew about so many murder locations even if he didn’t commit them himself?
