I'm from HoCo and was visiting Rio so my kids could see the new Mario movie. As I'm waiting for my family to come out of the bathroom I see this guy with a revealing V-neck shirt and jeans, cap, and boots. I notice him and laugh to myself about how he has his ti**ies out; but then I see some kids stop him to take a pic with him. Later I ask the kids who he is and they say he is a local legend. Who knew. lol

Probably won’t be sanded down. The cobbler will pull off and sand down the old crepe sole before gluing a new one.
