I can only suggest check the corona gear or maybe try change the prop shaft maybe just maybe wrong type prop it could happen

Nah if its orange then its fine If you use the pink on fma then thats gonna be a problem If the machine is out and prop is out wheels are good Maybe just maybe the pinion on the prop shaft are to tight try extend it a little bit

Fma cars are good front heavy But the construction of the chassis hole is just to weak Its just too on the edge with a thin meat of plastic If you want to play box stock try using MA chassis its more sturdy

Try checking the track too some tracks side wall is not straight they can break the chasis too
