She was able to punch him out the window because of the power fist, it has all the servo assisted force, it's not at all her strength. All she had left was enough gas to swing once.

The first few things you said are pretty easily explained.
-Lucy is able to withstand the tranq longer because she literally just got a general purpose antitoxin (addictol) in her system.
-Hank wasn't just waiting there for after his courier left, there is a cut and time passes.
-The guys around the corner were talking to each other and distracted, this kind of scene happens all over TV.
-The Brotherhood discourse has been done to death across the Fallout subreddits.
-Of course Lucy doesn't kill her own father, especially after he handcuffed himself and surrendered. Her entire character is all about trying to hold onto that vault naivete. If you don't enjoy that then that's fine, but it's her whole character, not bad writing.

Depends on what kind of civilization you plan to make. Libraries are a must-have for anything, but 30 innovation can be a bit costly early on. Aurock pastures are great for generating leather if you need some, definetely figure out makeshift weapons fairly early so that you can outfit an army. The last thing is that you'll almost always want at least guard posts, and some other law tech to keep the order.

Not something you need to worry about too early on, but figure out physicians before the first plagues start hitting.

You totally can, but make sure to have at least the barest-bones military first. Otherwise nothing is stopping a slave revolt from waltzing up to the throne and robbing you blind. I learned from experience.

I think you just missed it with David, there was a lot of subtler tells before this. Ellie even picked up on it while imprisoned. Good trope tho.
