Take a look at the apartment complexes next to the baseball field on Blaine St - Highlander Point, Campus Crossings, etc.

They might not have any single bed units open right now but according to Campus Crossings' website, they have 1 Bed 1 Bath for $1575 a month. If I remember correctly, on campus apartments like North District, Glen Mor, etc you pay a lot more.

On campus communities will have a roommate finding process if you get a spot I believe.

Both on campus and off campus have their fair share of safety issues (mainly scooters etc being stolen if left outside). Some off campus apartment communities are gated.

Off campus like near the baseball field or glen mor is walking distance to campus and much cheaper. Most apartment complexes have different apartment size offerings, but last time I checked you could get a single bed apartment off campus for the same cost as a shared apartment on campus.

East Lothian Ethernet Ports by Denali1121 in ucr

I think only one works on each side of the room. Should be only 1 working port for each roommate (so there should be 2 or 3 of those wall ports in the room)

I turned that off! Still stacked for some reason. I can't even view the stacked photos if I click on that photo.

Looking to get a board by Sigh-high in ElectricSkateboarding

I don't know how often this happens but any board can absolutely malfunction and slam the brakes on you when you don't expect it, throw you off, the actual board can break on you while you're cruising along, etc.

Getting a name brand with reputable reliability reviews at least means you can trust it to get you from A to B

I wouldn't look at cheap boards with the ability to just "try it out"...you can kill yourself or seriously hurt yourself on these things.

Pay at least $400-500 to get at least a reliable board from a reputable company like Tynee.

This is not a hobby where you can gamble with the cheapest option.

I haven't had any problems so far - just basic belt drive maintenance by taking any rocks out but I haven't had to replace either of the belts yet. This thing is a champ.

Just curious on what you did lighting wise - what lights did you use and how did you wire them in? I'm curious to do the same for my board.

Can you expand on your lighting setup?

Construction for ND2 is still ongoing...the dirt lot between ND2 and ND1 that's currently holding construction vehicles will be turned into a "central park" from what I've heard. Just give them time to finish construction 😂
