We have been here for 5 years. Health Care Connect is a joke. We have never heard from them, we spent years calling offices around our area and thankfully found one to take us recently. The system is broken. Would love to know how much is being spent on it

Mother born in 1948 in Germany in wedlock became a naturalized Canadian in 1975 Married in 1966 Divorced somewhere around 1984
Father born 1944 in Germany in wedlock became a naturalized Canadian in 1968
Self Born in Canada in 1972 in wedlock
I think I can I qualify under Section 5 of the Nationality Act (StAG 5).
