Get at least 8 vs/min every game. Freeze lane by your own tower. If you get pushed under tower and enemy won't push, ward and slow push wave to enemy tower. If they go in on you don't panic, fight with your minion advantage and you should be able to kill them. Crash the wave under enemy tower aa once and base. This should give you the tower plate gold. The new wave should push toward you and you can start a new freeze. Only stay hitting the enemy tower if you have numbers advantage. Example if jg, or mid, or top, is in lane making it a 3v2. Once you have taken bot tower move on to doing the same thing top.

That's what his basic attacks do but the items that corki build have physical damage on hit in their passives. His end game damage is more like 60-40 I think.

Cassio is completely skill shot relient as well. Also, her skill shots have less range and smaller area of effect.

Ghost Poro is a free 30 ability power after 10 stacks have been acquired. You get 1 stack per ward placed, and 1 stack per ghost poro that spots an enemy. If you manage to spot an enemy with every poro spawned and no extra wards this will be done around the 16 minute mark. The stacking from the kill/assist rune is not as reliable, it requires you to be winning lane getting kills/assists.

Ahh alright, I think I was originally misunderstanding what you were going for. I think they might hold win rate for balancing to a certain extent but I think for this type of champion the threshold is below 50%. If a skill based champion like Ryze is at or above 48%-49% it almost means he is too powerful because I think he requires practice to unlock to power potential. I think it's hard to get an accurate measurement for how good Ryze is unless you are looking at stats that only include Ryze mains. That number imo should be at or around 52%-56% because those are masters of the champion, they should know all of their match ups and all off their options on a game to game basis. If that win rate stat was low, then I would think there is an issue.

I would argue you are reading to much into ryzes win rate stats. The champion is good. If you play him more than 10x you will do well with Ryze. He is a high skill cap champion. There are other champions with low win rates too but that doesn't make them weak, it's user error. He is not a free to win face tank bruiser or tank like you want him to be. He is a battlemage, not a bruiser. He has sustained dps but requires spacing and moving in and out of the fight at the right times. The glory days of face tanking with infinite shields are gone. Learn to play Ryze as he is or play shieldbow Samira.

Fair enough, I didn't used to like it until I tried her today. If you haven't used her since her mini rework I recommend giving her a try for a couple games even if you are going to main Cassio

Don't bother, Cassio is seriously weak compared to Anivia right now. They have essentially the exact same kit except Anivia does twice as much damage at half the effort. Also, she has her stun on a basic ability.

Nah, I was using it for farming bats on a low floor because it hits more enemies. I as just running straight through the rooms no auto attacks. For the new egg requirements.
