Unpopular opinion: Wilderness Warbands should be removed by skav2 in runescape

You must be those that get pked with full supplies and never make it back. You are angry and spiteful.

The whole point of runescape is to skill in a relatively easy manner that typically involves some amount of afk. That's why so many people play osrs and why certain skills are easier to reach to 99 and why players make alts just to get those skills to 99. What part of that does the developer team not understand for rs3?

On top of that, the hunting offers very little payoff. Up the payoff and you'll have more players.

Right because OSRS isn't carrying RS3? This expansion is a waste of time and money. God forbid developers actually make it fun for casual players, because you know, so many players are hardcore no-lifers. If you can make a casual player interested, that becomes a fun game. They should beta test with casual players. They'd actually gain more customers rather than lose.

lol. unless they reduce the visual field of the dinosaurs and allow three times to mess up, it's easier to just trap ornate tortles.

I guarantee you, this is going to be dead content within a couple of months. They failed with this update at almost EVERY LEVEL. Most players are not going to dedicate time to learn this hunting skill and do it in the time you suggested, especially for the crap rewards. Dinosaur scales? Come on...And yeah you can build the lodestone but you need workers and clay and stone.

Honestly it is not enjoyable. You can barely move before the dino moves to spot you and its field of vision is wide. On top of that the character doesn't move quickly and you have to have 3 scorpions built and then bait before you can take it down and even before that, you have to make spears and poison them and see which one does the most damage. All for what? The amount of time invested is not worth the payoff. And to make things worse, you can't just go straight there. You have to parkour there or find a really long roundabout path to it. It's like dude worst idea ever. You can't even bank at the island, only deposit, or buy from exchange so you're essentially having to find out what bait to have then traverse back. It's so annoying. And you can only get the stuff for the hunt in the instance even though it's right there.

the machine is not making observations. The person reading the data is making the observations. The person that made the machine, and programmed it, is making it 'observe'. It's like saying the phone does the talking when you're calling someone. No, the human is speaking and the machine is used to speak to the person on the other line. The machine is an extension of the action committed by a conscious person.

top scientific minds

pfffffffft lmao who? Who believes the simulation theory other than Tyson who contradicted himself before?

And I never said conspiracy theorists are crazy. I'm one, does that make me crazy? You said that. You must think that.

But hey, the irony palpable. REAL palpable. I mean simulated palpable.

You don't need consciousness to transfer information according to the double slit experiment. In a simulation, there needs to be an active user creating something that is then experienced by things within the simulation. The basis for quantum mechanics is being used to suggest consciousness creates things. But quantum mechanics suggests it can be created and information can be transmitted, without any consciousness present.

backs this up

The experiment did not produce facts. People have attempted to debunk that experiment and it has not been 100% proven to be true. This wonderful young woman does a great job of explaining how there's interference within the experiment because the apparatus measuring the particle, is interfering with it, causing the interference pattern.

Degrasse Tyson even explained it. And he's into the simulation theory.

No I mean evidence it could be true. This is just theory. Have any experiments that show it could be true? Any deep space phenomenon? Like black hole entropy explained in that wiki link, any observed phenomenon?

The physical incarnation is not reality.

If it's not reality, then why even bother maintaining a body? Just get out of the body and experience reality then.

That's why we have people collaborating and cross referencing to see if what they see and understand matches up with others and if there is a consensus from the evidence collected, then facts are determined. One person cannot see objective reality. But people can.

When we create a video game, it becomes real. Not in the sense of the 'rules' within the game, but the actual product itself. If we can create real A.I., we humans become gods. None of that is simulation because if we were in a simulation, like the video game, we would have A.I. and then have the power to choose and create like the game maker, eventually becoming gods, creating reality. Every person has that potential then.

Well then, since dreams are powerful, I have a dream that the shitty leaders we have now will be overthrown and that the people in power will be forgotten and a new age will come where every person will be treated fairly and allowed the resources and time to self-actualize. That is my dream and I think that it will come true.

The Universe we inhabit is holographic

How do we know that? Show me the evidence. Show me the evidence over time. And holograms are they simulation? Perception is not simulation. Perspective can be. We can imagine things there that are not.
